Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 3, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Arupmt ("we") handles information in the mobile app "Oni Sudoku" ("the App") for iOS and Android.
The App does not send your play history to our servers. It only communicates with outside services to show ads.
1. Information we collect
We do not collect information that directly identifies you, such as your name or email address. To show ads, Google AdMob automatically collects the following:
- Advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android)
- Device information such as model, OS version and language
- IP address and the approximate region it indicates
- Ad interactions such as impressions and taps
- Diagnostic data such as ad loading errors
The App does not use precise location (GPS), contacts, photos or the microphone.
2. How the information is used
- To show banner, rewarded and full-screen ads
- To measure how ads perform
- To prevent ad fraud
- To find and fix problems with ads
3. Sharing with third parties
The App uses Google AdMob from Google LLC to show ads. The information in section 1 is sent to Google and its advertising partners through AdMob.
Apart from this, we only share information when required by law. We never sell your information.
4. Choosing how ads are personalized
You can change at any time whether ads are personalized to your interests. Ads are still shown if you turn this off, but they will not be based on your interests.
- iPhone and iPad: the App asks whether to allow tracking the first time you open it. You can change this later in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
- Android: you can delete your Advertising ID in Settings > Google > Ads. Menu names vary by device.
- In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, the App asks for your ad consent the first time you open it. You can change it later from "Ad consent settings" at the bottom of the home screen.
5. Data stored on your device
The App stores the following only on your device. It is never sent to us or to advertising companies.
- Puzzles you solved and your best times
- Your board, notes and mistakes for a game in progress
- Lessons you finished
- How many puzzles you solved and when we last asked for a rating
- Your ad consent choice (saved by Google's consent tool)
All of this data is deleted when you delete the App. Rating requests use the official screens provided by Apple and Google.
6. Your rights in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland
Ads are personalized only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from "Ad consent settings" at the bottom of the home screen. Without consent, Google may still show non-personalized ads based on its legitimate interests, such as fraud prevention.
We do not keep any of your personal data on our side, so there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. Data collected for ads is handled by Google; you can exercise your rights over it through Google. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
7. California residents
Showing personalized ads may count as "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. You can opt out at any time by turning off tracking on iPhone or deleting your Advertising ID on Android, as described in section 4. We do not sell personal information for money.
8. This website
This website is hosted on Firebase Hosting by Google. When you visit it, Google may record access logs such as your IP address and browser type to deliver and protect the site. This website does not use cookies or analytics.
9. Children
The App is made for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
10. Changes and contact
If we change this policy, we will update this page. For important changes, we will also let you know in the App.
For questions about this policy, contact Arupmt at info@arupmt.com.
